Sketchy part of town, mid twenties group friendly, if your older than 28 then this place won't be all that welcoming

Bought my first bike here. The guys at royalty replaced anything I immediately noticed. Had to do some repairs to pass the MO inspection. I wouldn't buy from here again personally, but it's a decent place.

I just got a 2007 gsxr 600 about two weeks ago from them and i am very pleased! I took my bike back today have them take a look at it. Everyone were friendly. They took care of me right away! Very reasonable price as well. I won't go anywhere else!

SKETCHY BUSINESS PRACTICES. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I purchased a used motorcycle here at the beginning of June. When I first purchased the motorcycle I took it in for safety inspection and was surprised when it failed for having no rear brake pad life left (it was metal to metal contact, and I had specifically asked when buying if these had been serviced). I took it back to the shop and they were nice enough to replace the pads at no cost. This is the only positive experience I've had with Royalty Racing. On July 1st, after less than 30 days from purchase and having only been ridden 300 miles, the motorcycle left me stranded on the highway due to complete engine failure. One piston has lower end damage and the oil system is flooded with gasoline. The engine cannot be turned over manually. For a bike I was told had been serviced and supposedly "RUNS AND RIDES GREAT," according to their website, I'm not sure the motorcycle was even looked at before being sold to me. Most concerning is the fact that I e-mailed the owner, Travis, on July 1st and various times after that and I have still not heard back from him 20 days later. Any time I call the shop my calls are filtered through the salesperson, Dan Gogel. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have been a customer at Royalty Racing for about three years now. Whenever I need a new tire, a random part, or something done that I can't learn on YouTube, I go to Royalty Racing. I've been to other cycle shops around St. Louis county and city, and find Royalty Racing's service to be superior. I will be returning soon as sport bike treads wear quick. If you're in or near St.Louis, this is truly the cycle shop to visit.
