  Shrank several dress shirts. None of which were new, and have been previously laundered and dry cleaned with no ill effect. Spoke to an older lady who I assume has management responsibility. She typed on a cell phone the entire encounter, barely paying attention to me, and said she couldn't do anything. I would not recommend this business. Take your clothing elsewhere!
