::I've been buying lunch for my staff here for years and it has always been good. I saw new people today and it seems things have changed. The pizza wasn't good. The crust was thick, chewy and about 1.5" on a 16" pie, so less toppings. The chicken was fried too hard and, no, the sauce couldn't cover it up or soften it. When I placed the order I asked the young lady how many slices on a large pizza, her response, "I'm not sure, 4 or 5". How can you cut a pizza into an odd number of slices? You're answering the phone, how about you know the answer to a basic pizza question. Finally, they don't tell you, nor did I see it posted, that they charge for using a credit card, "cc service fee". I own a business. I understand how much fees are, but, be upfront with your customers. Don't worry, I won't be back.

::My family and I ordered a large order of food this evening. My daughter and I got wings, and hubby got a cheese steak. Part way through eating my daughter mentioned the weird smell and taste of her wings, when we smelled them they smelled rotten. I smelled mine and they were the same way. Hers were BBQ and mine were hot wings. At first I couldn’t tell why my wings tasted the way they did. Well suffice it to say the chicken was bad! We called them immediately and they gave full refund, because we didn’t want the food replaced. Giving them one star because there is no option for zero star. The kitchen didn’t look clean or very sanitized. I am gonna call the health department tomorrow to report them. Stay away from this disgusting place.

::I have ordered from Royal for years and years now. Not only is my food always hot, fresh, and correct, but my delivery time is incredibly fast. I have never been treated with anything but kindness and respect by the staff. So to the 1 star reviewers: maybe try tipping the delivery people if you want quicker service. You get what you pay for, especially in this economy. Edit: recently Royal changed their hours so that they close at 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends, and that is just silly for a pizza delivery service. My review will stay at 3 stars until it is fixed.

::I ordered a crab cake sandwich on white bread, with lettuce tomato mayo ketchup onions and hots.... And I got wheat bread with the flattest thinnest "crab cake" I've ever seen. Fries look ok but they are actually hard. First experience and last! I do no recommend them!!!! Thankfully I used Door dash so I could get some of my money back for this meal I can't even eat.
