  Apartment flooded twice in the first 7 months of living here. Had to have the apt sprayed for cockroaches twice AFTER moving in. Maintenance request take way too long. I will say that all the Ethiopians living here are nice. I would not recommend this place to anyone that values thier peace of mind or thier personal possessions. You are taking an incredible gamble living here.

  Staff is always having a meeting or out of the office. It's very inconvenient for me either taking packages or requesting for a maintenance. I used to love living here, but now I would not consider renewing my lease.

  Decided to drive through the complex as my lease is coming to an end. The place looks run down. The grass is dead. The speed bumps are overkill. Dodged a bullet.

  Very clean...nice landscape..convenient shopping...2 grocery stores...dispensary...Bus stop right in front..

  It's really nice, great location. Apartments are nice. Neighbors are cool, they pretty much mind there own business. I recommend
