  Whenever I stop in to service my vehicle Everett always makes sure to come by and see me. I did not hesitate to share my car buying experience with him for a second time. Everett is professional, entertaining,receptive and takes the time to find me the right fit. I will always return to Royal Kia.

  Melissa went above and beyond to help our growing family find the perfect vehicle to meet our new needs. We opted to use Royal Kia because of the great “forever warranty” that is offered on their used inventory, as well as the no-haggle car buying process. Melissa went over all of our many options with us and helped us to decide that we definitely needed a mini-van. We were able to give her a list of our preferences as well as our budget and she did all of the work for us! We felt like we were in good hands throughout this process and in the end, we got our dream vehicle at just the right price. I would highly recommend Melissa Shelley, as well as Royal Kia to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. We were super impressed with the ethics and sales process at Royal. We never dreamed that we would get everything on our wish list for our price range. Thank you Melissa! We will come see you when we need another car!

  My experience at Royal Kia in the sales department was phenomenal the salesperson and the manager were really nice and very helpful. Where it went all wrong was the service department which was absolutely horrible wasteful time experience. First it started with the detail car wash, there was absolutely no detail in that car wash. I stayed there for 3 hours and when I received the car it look like they didn't even touch the inside. they did send it back for me cleaning and after an hour it came back, there was still marks on the seats and glue on the windshield from their stickers it went back again and again I still had footprint marks on the seats and looks like they didn't even touch the carpets. At that point I gave up since it was an all day affair The second issue was with my key fob they said that they would order a new one and it would be in on Wednesday so I came in Wednesday and they told me that he was cut incorrectly and I would have to come back in again next Wednesday. I came in that Wednesday and they program a new key fob and gave it to me. the key fob had scratch marks dents and the key was also scratched up so I ask the salesperson "are these new key fobs or used" he told me that they were new key fobs and I showed him the key fob and told him that this is not new. His reaction is I don't know what to tell you and I'll note it and he walked away. I'm definitely not happy with Royal Kia service department. Update review, after corporate read my review they contacted Royal Kia of Tucson which in turn contacted me and they bent over backwards to fix my issues. So I changed my review from two stars to a 4-star. Thanks again addressing my issues.

  My experience was great Craig Abbott was awesome the best salesman I ever had. He was very informative and understanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great car buying experience and I did. I would definitely recommend Royal Kia to anyone looking for a new or used car and they give you a dozen red roses after your purchase.

  My second purchase at Royal Kia and it's always a great experience.. Today I signed for my new car with my girl Melissa Shelley and I love it!! I walked out with exactly what I was looking for thanks to her.. She's super patient and definitely goes out of her way to get you into what YOU WANT!! She gave me my options and clearly broke it down for me and I am super happy!!! I won't recommend anyone other than her!! She's awesome!! Thanks again girlie!!
