  Though an attractive, well-maintained facility, they are unable to handle even a graduation effectively. Exits were locked and stairways were chained off. (Not legal in our state) The entire crowd was funneled to 2 exits and herded out into the rain by screaming security guards standing at the back of the crowd threatening to arrest people trying to locate their graduate. All this less than 15 minutes after the honorees processed out of the ceremony!!!

  It's a very dated arena but they still have good acts perform. Access is pretty easy with a big parking garage and the light rail stop just outside. It's also only a couple blocks from the harbor waterfront. I have lots of good memories of visiting it. It's just too bad those memories span 30+ years in the same building. The only thing that has changed really is the name/sponsor.

  This Place hosts many events, like concerts, sports games and Monster jams. It is a great place to spend your day at and enjoy whatever may be there. the facilities are clean and easy to use. The food is expensive as well as all other items they sell across the whole arena. I would suggest bringing your own food and drinks rather than buy them there.

  I love the WWE events here. I however don't like when an event ends. 1 minute after an event is ending some usher is yelling for everyone to hurry up and leave but neglects to thank anyone or tell them good night. A better usher would have made this a 5 ☆ trip.

  Went to the Irresponsible tour show with Kev. It was nice. The bathrooms were clean, the security staff were on point, and the food was hot and fresh. However, the seats were a little tight to get in and out with people not being on time for the show, but we worked it out. They may need an elevator for those with disabilities, but they were very helpful iinspite of that. So thank you guest services, You Rock! I couldn't give a rating of 5*s because the services at the concession stand for food was Not okay with me. It took so long to order and receive my food. I ended up missing one of the comedians performance. Then I watched some of the employees eating as they served food to the customers at the cash register. And my food was mistakenly given to a customer behind me, so that made me have to wait even longer. The cashier did apologize, so thank you for that. I just expect an improvement for service at the concession stand on my next visit. But again, thank everyone else for their hospitality, and drama free zone.😎
