  WENT THERE ON 3/8/23 AROUND LUNCH TIME AND TOLD THE YOUNG LADY I WANTED FRESH CHICKEN.....NOW SHE ALREADY HAD A ATTITUDE FOR WHATEVER REASON I WENT AND PAID FOR MY FOOD AND DRINK WENT TO GET MY FOOD I LOOKED IN THE BOX AND IT WAS THE OLD AND DRY CHICKEN I ASKED HER NOT TO GIVE ME AND WHEN I ASKED FOR FRESH CHICKEN SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND SAID A FEW CURSE WORDS TO HERSELF...... IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN LEAVE....I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

  This Royal Farms is a training location for new employees I believe, but not 100% sure. On that note, the manager is always accommodating towards customers and have seen her deal with multiple customer complaints in a professional manner. Never had an issue with getting food at the deli counter and the employees working behind there have always been courteous. If you’re in the area on a late night and need to make a quick stop this location is the way to go.

  The night Manager Sean/Shawn. Yall did a good one with hiring and retaining him. VALUE YOUR STAFF. From a General Manager Of An Entertainment Space This store on fleet is not easy and he does a damn good job every time I see the man. Keep It Up Boss!

  This rofo is average at best. It’s never fully stocked or fully staffed. You’re LUCKY if you get chicken after 10pm and Mgmt doesn’t seem to care. I stopped going here all together and hope it closes.

  Nikki is awesome- she is a store manager at this location. She is very consistent with having good energy toward customers (I have witnessed her on a few occasions). She has the affect on customers that can make you feel good about spending money at Royal Farms and also she can brighten a persons day. She isn’t just personable she also knows her stuff- she fixed the money order machine she did not just say it’s down like some other managers will do. Nicki has great energy and her knowledge base is an asset to Royal Farm corporation.
