::TRUST THE REVIEWS AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! Took 7 shirts for cleaning on a Saturday, told me they’d be ready after 5pm on Monday. Came Monday at 6 (had to beg them to wait for me since they close at 6) to find that none of my shirts were even there! They claimed there was a bad stain on two of them when there weren’t when I dropped the off. I insisted that they bring the 5 shirts that were ready and they did. One blue shirt was now purple. Told them I needed the 2 “stained shirts” to be AT THE LOCATION when I came to pick them up. Came back Thursday and they told me the shirts were ruined! They offered me $35 a piece for the shirts, which is barely over 50% of their cost! FOR YOUR OWN SAKE AND SANITY DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!

::The absolute worst cleaner service. I've never experienced customers service as terrible as this, from such a simple service. They never open on time. They quoted me a different day of when my garments would be ready. Opened an hour late, and then on top of that, I had to wait another 30 minutes because they had my clothes elsewhere. Who knows where. Do not give them your money. Save yourself the time and headache.

::I dropped off something for cleaning on a Saturday, was worried they would be closed after 4-5pm. I found after calling them on the phone, they are opened late till 7pm. Perfect! I dropped the shirt I needed for work off, asked if I can pick it up on Monday and they said yes could. After finishing work on Monday, and Tuesday I returned to pick up my shirt, and found they were closed before 7pm, (or more likely at 4pm or something)! Now why even bother owning a dry cleaning business if your not open for professionals who work till 6pm in Manhattan or any other place of business! Not happy! Extremely pissed off. So much for convenience! Next time inform people your hours on a website or shopfront, and be honest!

::Just last week I googled and found that this was the closest Cleaners to my home. So despite the one bad review I figured I go since I only needed two items to be cleaned and the previous bad review mentioned alterations which I did not require. So I brought in a basic women's jumpsuit which was sleeveless(black) and a wool coat which was belted (white). I was charged 15 for my jumpsuit and 25 for the coat. I thought that was overpriced but I didn't argue and just paid. When I went to pick up my items I immediately was upset. My wool coat which was a creamy white color was now a light greyish hue. It reminded me of the discoloration noted when you wash white clothing with black clothing that has a dye in it. I immediately told the woman that my oat looked dirty. She of course told me she didn't know what I was talking about. After going back and forth she said she would do a do over. For about three days in a row I called in to see if my coat was done. When I finally came back the third time when she said it was done, it looked exactly the same. She once again tried to convince me and tell me that my coat was not really white when I brought it in. I was pissed because in additional to them ruining the color, the coat wasn't even very clean. The only reason why I brought it in was to clean up the collar and the sleeves which had minor dirt. And, all of these dirt marks were not completely gone. What's even more funny is the woman tried to convince me that it was rewashed like 3 times. I do not know what cheap soap they are using but I wish I would have never went there. Now my coat looks cheap and discolored. DO not go there. I wish I could upload photos because I took pictures. And the icing on the cake...the woman did not apologize. FYI the place is Asian owned and they send the items to be cleaned somewhere else. The place does not do any cleaning at that location which is why the always tell people to pick up their items after 5PM.
