  Please, please, PLEASE close this location! These people are evil! They laugh in your face as you struggle with your packaging and routinely mess with customers for fun!

  Efficient office with speedy and friendly employees. Can't comment on any discrepancies with mail delivery seeing as though I've never encountered that problem. Visited today, 4/11/16, with seven people in line. All of us were in and out in just a few minutes.

  On multiple occasions, our mail carrier has failed to pick up or deliver mail. This week, I have had outgoing mail on our mailbox since Monday morning. Today is Thursday and it was only because of a call that I placed to the post office that our mail was picked up and delivered. When asked why the carrier hasn't picked up our mail, they responded by saying that there was no mail to deliver, therefore there was no reason to pick up mail. This has been a repeat discrepancy with this same office. Michelle McMillian defended the carrier and said that she has to take her carrier's word because it's my word versus theirs. I have called, my wife has called, multiple people on my street have called because of their delivering mail to wrong addresses all along our street. I'm not sure why the federal mail system is failing, but this may clue us in.

  The people that work in the Post Office are very nice and Helpful. However I have made complaints about my mail delivery and pickup for 5 years now. I live in a 8 apartment complex and there is a mailbox on the premises. People living here are not people friendly and take the mail addressed to another tenant and place it in the outgoing box. The Mail delivery Person does not care about this box. When it is full he places all the mail in the Package delivery box. Many of the addressees do not live here anymore, but I do. I have learned not to put mail the outgoing slot because it will not be picked up and delivered. My CHILDREN mail letters to Santa every year and the mail sits there. Today I retrieved a letter to Santa from my child. I still have the letters that they mail each year that I find in the Package box. I am tired of complaining because the Person at the Louisiana Ave Post office does not take it seriously. When I did make complaints all that was done is their calling the Postal Delivery Person on my route on the Cell Phone. All I want now is my mail in the Outgoing Box. I know its there because several credit cards were mailed out to me and I can see in the box that it is half full with mail.
