  I waited really long 30 minutes plus. My pizza was burnt and it didn’t do its job after a long day at work. I am really mad I had my mom buy me $50 worth of pizza that was truly ass. I owe her $50 that I wish I never let her spend. 🖕🏾

  Recently, I went to Round table pizza with my co-workers. It’s located in the heart of old Sacramento, underground. The staffs are friendly. As you walk down the staircase, you can see the arcade area, the salad bar are, counter where they have pizza sitting and dusty old carpet. In terms of cleanliness, this place has a big doubt on my head. Get there early prior to lunch hour rush to get a good seat and to avoid the long line. You have to pay first prior to sitting. You can either order the buffet or order from their menu. If you opt for buffet, you can tell them to make any type of pizza. With the buffet, water is included but not the soda. The romaine lettuces were not looking pleasantly fresh. I could see they had turned brown. Thus, I left the salad area for the rest of the customers to touch. Overall pizza was okay. I like the buffalo chicken pizza. If you are not worried about cleanliness, looking for cheap meal then round table pizza is the spot to go.

  This place has the worst customer service ever ! To start we were left on hold when we tried to call the pizza in an had to re call multiple times to finally place our order . When we arrived we again had to wait at the cash register up to 5 mins becuase the cashier was arguing with someone on the phone when she could have put them on hold as we were left on hold . The employees move with no sense of urgency an seem like they dont want to be at work . This place is very dirty an doesnt seem like the employees care about cleaning ,in order to find a open table i had to clean a table off which is unacceptable. After waiting over 40 mins in this hectic environment with little kids yelling and running around crazy and our pizza no where in sight we finally were fed up an ready to get a refund. The assistant manager “toni” tried to argue with me questioning me about my refund Overall, she simply doesn’t know how to handle a situation making me very uncomfortable with her aggression when i was in a calm mood just wanting a refund. Managment should seriously consider putting this woman in a few training courses to get her customer service skills up to par . Point blank i will never come here again and i don’t recommend eating in this establishment . Horrbile experience , bad customer care, save your money an go else where this place is a joke .

  Great deal on pizza and salad bar. Delicious pizza in a historic building. What more could you ask for?

  This has got to be my favorite Round Table. Aside from great pizza, it is a good atmosphere. They always have a game playing on the flat screens. Plenty of seating plus a good amount of arcade games. I always have a nice time when I go here. I noticed one of the other reviews said that the staff doesn't give a you-know-what about the customer. I would have to say that I disagree with that. We have always had a good experience here and some of the workers are really nice and go out of their way to give you good service
