  My Technician Chris was very professional and did his work very efficiently. He not only answered all my questions but he taught me some valuable tips on how to keep things in great shape.   Both of the plumbers that came to help us over the weekend were prompt, courteous, and patient through a tough job. They both made sure I was well-informed about prices and the details of the work that needed to be done. I hope to not need them again, but if I do, I will definitely call them in the future.   Robert R105 #0516 came over to our house after just one day of waiting. We weren't having a huge issue so we were happy with the wait time. In less than an hour we were back up and running! Thank you Robert for making the entire process quick and easy!

  This company charge you more then other-local companies. We were changing the toilet and access was easy. It was not an emergency I just wanted to to the maintenance. They started the quote with an amount of $375 to clean the main line (toilet has been taken by us) After some discussion they agreed to do this for $200 saying that they have the best equipment, the best plumbers and doing the best job !! I felt like I am in Mexico. Do not agree with a starting bid. It is is just for inexperienced shoppers!! The price for the job like this is $99-$150 max with a local companies.

  Extremely dissatisfied with this company! Tech was almost 2hrs late from quoted time, no one ever called to update me I had to do so and kept getting told they would be there shortly. When tech arrived to snake my kitchen sink he quoted 4x the going rate and wanted $400 just to snake a drain. No wonder they wouldn't provide a quote for snaking a drain over the phone. He was clearly diss interested in doing the job and said he didn't care that the pricing was 4x the going rate it wasn't his job to worry about that. It is a large company who doesn't care about clients and charges ridiculous prices to take advantage of people. STAY AWAY! - Kevin
