  Today Franklin Trujillo came and unclogged my washing machine drain. I called at 7AM, he was there by 8AM, he was punctual, knowledgeable, very friendly. He was very neat and clean and performed the job well very efficiently. If I ever needed these services again, I would only want to have him come and do the service.

  These guys are the real deal! In an emergency or just general needs- they should be top of your list to call. The unsung heros whom you never think of until things get crappy and backing up into your home. I highly recommend them for their service, knowledge, professionalism, and success in address our issue. We had an emergency back-up on Saturday afternoon with family coming over the next day. Called Roto-Rooter after using them 4 years ago and they were on site within a few hours- showing up at 7:30pm. The person who scheduled the call was amazing, patient, helpful, and funny quickly scheduling the call. The technician was patient and thorough - showing us the cause of the backup- while providing ways to help us prevent it in the future. He even went out of his way to cleanly fill the septic cover that I had to dig up to provide access to the plumbing. Thank you!...and call them when you need them...

  I want to thank Mike the technician who came out on Memorial Day to unclog the drain that was backing up when we tried to do laundry or run the kitchen sink. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I felt like he was a neighbor I had known for sometime as he was that personable. Thanks again Mike for your services. It was much appreciated after having lost power and running water a week ago for 6 days from the tornadoes we just experienced. God Bless all.
