  Technical came out to unclog the drain, we paid $240 . For this price, our bathtub and bathroom should have been spotless like when the technician began. It was not. He left black stuff all in the tub, on the floor and smudged fingerprints on the toilet seat. If this was the $69 special, sure but at $240 the room should have been spotless like no one had been in there. Wouldn't recommend or use again. I did call to report this, was told someone would contact me. That never happened. Diana Hanson

  Roy and Jordan were extremely professional and honest. They literally saved us thousands of dollars on an extensive job. There communication and work was top quality and would recommend them to anyone for plumbing needs!

  Mason helped me with my problem and it was pricey but he made a bad situation tolerable. Was very considerate and polite. Knowledgeable about his craft. He even put up with my horribly dirty house / yard.

  Roto-Rooter is one of the best plumbing contractors. I have been using them for over a year. They arrive promptly, communicate when they are on their way and have not let me down. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. We had the experience of meeting Bill W. and Randy (Trainee) today. PS: Their prices are extremely reasonable.

  Terrible customer service . Why schedule if there is no way a tech can make it ? Then call and tell me there are others so I said you probably won't make it to me then right . Assured they still would and then called 3o minutes before to reschedule . There are plenty of plummers use a different one who will stick to an appointment and not leave you to deal with it the next day. Very disappointed
