  I have used these guys for a long time and trust me... The ones giving them a bad review don’t know what they are talking about! Extremely pleased with outcome of everything they have handled for us! Definitely refer to our friends!

  They really could step up their game and stop all the referrals. I love the concept and to be honest they really did help me fight and get over $6000 off my credit report. It really depends on the lawyer that calls you back and what you need from him or her... I have had my share of disappointments; however, I've had the service on and off since 2005. I really wish they could cater and go all out for each situation and every person!! I would like to see them help slap lawsuits on your behalf when needed, to get justice! It is a legit service and you do get what you pay for.

  THEY LOST MY MONEY ORDER!!!!! They requested I send them the money order so they could document it and send it to the traffic court. When I called to follow up, (because God forbid they actually follow up with me), they had all 4 pages I mailed them, but not the money order that was paper clipped to those 4 pages. Now I have to pay $15 and put a stop payment on the money order and request a refund from Western Union. (Which will take up to 30 days). I've requested to talk to a supervisor and they keep having a obviously brand new secretary call me instead that has no idea what she is doing. Unless Legal shield does something to resolve this, I will be cancelling my membership very soon!!!

  Jan. 8, 2018 at 3:24PM. I called Ross & Matthews, my Legal Shield attorneys for a general question and I told the customer care rep what I needed. In less than 2 hour at 5:19PM I received a miss call, the message said an attorney will call me within 24 hours. This morning of Jan. 9, 2018 at 9:43AM, I received a call from an attorney who consulted me on my available options.... Thanks and I appreciate the help Ross & Matthews, PC.

  Whats shocking is people pay for their services. I did, & got 0 results. They did virtually nothing, accept show up. Seemed like an intern? I could understand trying & unable to get a result. Your by FAR & 110% be better going off & doing your research for attorneys w/real results.
