  They always have what I'm looking for! It was busy but they got everyone out pretty quickly!

  Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Store is always busy. The store temperature is warm. I don't stay in the store long because of it.

  My first time at this location even though I live close. Super busy, but I was on a mission to treat myself to a new purse and wallet and didn't want to break the bank. I found what I was looking for and got in line to checkout quickly, mainly so I wouldn't find other things to buy! The worst part is the checkout. It was slow, but the Employees were super nice. Apparently it's the first or second busiest Ross location in the state (?). From what I saw, things were hung up neatly and not tossed around like I would have thought with a store being that busy. I've been to other Ross stores and I've always loved the selection and prices. Will definitely be back when I have more time and a little more cash to spend!

  Just finished shopping here & Stephanie was our cashier! I felt really welcomed & had an amazing experience! Although some of the comments here are rude, & not exactly how this Ross is, i thought it was great! Very friendly employees! I was actually satisfied, I definitely will be back!! Thank you guys!!!   So I just went through the comments and they are all bad. Called the corporate office and was told the the district manger didn't know this was going on in his store..WHAT!!! I'm a manager of a Retail Store and we read our customer reports daily and address each customer concern. From training and hire more help and getting products that customer are looking for. Ross district manager what are you willing to do to improve your customer service? And I'm still waiting on my return call, its called the sundown rule. Reply to your customers in a timely manner😡😡😡
