  Staff is lusterless and unprofessional. Lacking customer service. The store is always trashed and crowded. Made a return and was given a handwritten ticket. Since when has this been a thing?! I hope I have no issues in the future. Great place for bargains which is why I continue to go to Ross. Will stick to other locations and not this particular store.

  It's a good place to shop here. You can find awesome gems! There is an older man with long hair that works here and is Super friendly ( I will try to get his name and post it later). He goes beyond to try and help you. I have visited this store many times over the years and have not encountered many employees to help or care. Other than that unique finds are likely to be found.

  Excellent service...I go about 8:30-8:30 and they will assist me with my packages. I have a disability and they are wonderful.
