  This is my to go Ross all the time. They always have a great variety of merchandise and cashiers are helpful.

  Very desapointed with the customer service offer especially for a "supervisor"named Bertha...she was very rude even with more customers on Tuesday 20th, 2018. Unrespectful with another associate when purchasing on her day off, Bertha refuse to take her discount just because she wants..(she literally said) . So sad to have these kind of managmet patterns to teach others!! Poor customers experiencing with them. Hope take action with her!!!!
