The first rule of Ross is you never go there for what you need specifically, you go there for the broad idea and see if they can get you close. So don't go there looking for a pair of bikes, go there for athletic shoes. Don't go for a phone charger, go for electronics. The best any worst thing about this Ross is you never have a clue what they have in stock, and chances are you will walk out with something close ish to your needs, but not quite. This particular Ross is clean and the staff are nice, it is super busy on weekends and can get pretty trashed from people trying to find deals.

I go to Ross for the variety in clothing but this Ross has terrible service! Not only was I in line for over 30 minutes the line was literally to the back of the store. Learn to staff correctly or get workers who move faster.

The selection here at the Lakewood commons Ross is pretty expansive during the holiday. However during the rest if the year the selection is Okay.

The Lakewood location is awful. They always have a line wrapping around the store. I went in tonight to pick up some things I saw Saturday but didn't have time to wait and AGAIN the lines are awful. So I left without a purchase again. There's 1 teller and 1 on returns taking customers with 30 people in line. The store had more merchandise on the floor than on the racks. You would make more money if you had more tellers. You spend more on people to restock the shelves from people leaving their things and going because of the wait. Very dissapointed.
