  Good deals and nice clothes, didn't exactly have what I needed though. Also, there was a guy outside asking to clean windows for money which kind of bothered me.

  Clean and organized store. Parking can be hard to come by sometimes but other than not store is not too crowded.

  I returned the jacket that I bought from other Ross store. The blonde lady ask her manager to check the jacket if OK to accept my return due to the description of their tag Alabaster Jewel from Calvin Klein. She cannot find the jewel 😟. (Really no jewel 😆) The big manager said NO we can't take it (really you too?). The blonde lady told me to return it to the where I bought the jacket. I told to myself, so are you telling me if I bought the jacket in Las Vegas, I have to drive over there? I have the receipt and I just bought the jacket last week. I just smiled coz it's not worth an argument with these people. Whoever the owner of this store, you need to train your employees.

  I love Ross, it’s one of my favorite stores. This particular Ross does not have a good selection of dresses. It is however clean and organized, which is saying a lot for a typical Ross store.
