  Plus size section could be a bit bigger and better organized..I was able to find a few items that I absolutely adore. More bathing suits and shapewear would be appreciated. Also more shoes around 12w or 13w for women

  Rude staff, we got kicked out of the store at 9.40 pm on a Sunday. The closing time is 10pm. I suggested to change the closing time post.

  Easily one of the worst retail experience that you can have. Just about everyone on the staff is rude and we simply couldn't find someone who could answer any of our questions. We done waited about 15 minutes to check out because there we're literally zero people at the registers. Would recommend trying one of their other locations.

  Just had the worst encounter with one of the employees here. I was trying to purchase a dress which the employee said didn't have the tag on it. After waiting 15 minutes in line to check out ( no big deal, its the holidays) she informed me that I had to go back upstairs and find the same dress so she could ring it up. I asked her to contact the manager for me because there were no other dresses exactly like that one, I know because I was trying to find another size. She then throws the dress onto the counter and says she will sell it for $13.99.... I agree because I really want the dress. Come to find out when I get home, the tag is on the dress and it's $9.99. Its not even about the $4 but more so the poor customer service, bad attitude and lack of caring about your job. I understand it's the holidays and some customers can be nasty but I approached her register positively and in a good mood and was met only with bad attitude and poor customer service.
