  Great bargains. You have to be patient looking for items. The stores tend to be a little messing and things are not in their right hangers.

  I enjoy shopping at Ross Store at Miracle mile, Coral Gables. Satisfied customer for more than 10 years! Except for today! I returned a baseball cap that when I got home noticed that was used(old) the cashier practically told me in front of everyone that I was returning an old item! I feel it is offensive! 😢

  I can honestly say I would've given this a 5 star but this place always gets really packed and there's no parking. It makes you want to rethink going in. Though you can find everything here and brand name products, they've also extended the store with home good and other things.

  Store is big, merchandise is varied and most is good quality, designer brands and some rare occasions, black label items can be found. The lines are a nightmare so expect a good portion of the time to be spent getting through them. Feel free to speak Spanish as it is the language of choice. Far better location than most other stores, this one at least has the clothes on hangers not strewn on the floor like hay at a barn.
