  Great selection and most of the time clean. Cashier's a little rude but maybe a bad day? They call next person way to soon. Don't give you a chance to deal with your change or merchandise. They really take ur money and kick you out.

  Hm should be my fault that I decided to go here. I waited in line for 20 minutes. I had 2 sets of hangers and 1 soap. 3 items. I was at the cashier for less than 30 seconds, and when I asked the cashier for a gift receipt, she said sorry I can't, I just accepted it. I asked how can I get a gift receipt? She said you should have told me earlier. 😬😬😬 When? -40 seconds ago before I got to the cash register??? It was bad customer service. I have worked in customer service, and I wouldn't have told the customer to do something they couldn't. I would have said that I am sorry, I can get you a gift receipt by doing ____. Maybe my expectations are too high for politeness. Well she got what she wanted, I gave up. It was too much issue to have shopped there. Avoid Ross. Bleh.

  Very disrespectful staff, did not get greeted as I walked in the door, instead got mean mugs even from the lady wearing a loss prevention uniform. This place is so disorganized and very ugly options, lots of clothing in the wrong places. I found a dog vest while looking through the women's dresses. Like no wonder we can't find anything good, it's all misplaced. Definitely not coming here again, rather go to a different location.

  Amazing service and great stuff... my mom and I always find hidden treasures here... love it!!
