We made reservations on OpenTable for dinner before going to the theatre. We were seated quickly and our drinks and order was taken quickly. Drinks arrived and appetizer with no silverware provided. We had to grab some off another table. 45 minutes later we have no check in from our waitress, and food hasn't arrived. I spoke to the front desk because we are running out of time. Our food comes out, obviously its been sitting under the heat lamp for a while and we get a refill on on drinks. But again NO silverware and no staff around to provide them. I find a porter who is nice enough to get us silverware. The manager stops and asks how thing are and I explain our problem, we now have 15 min to have dinner before our show. I'm disappointed we don't have time to eat let alone dessert. Manager offers to comp dessert, which we can't stay for and can't bring it into a theatre. the Naperville location has such great service, this was such a disappointment. We had our reservations so we had over an hour for dinner before needing to leave. We paid $150 for warmed food that was chewy because it obviously sat and that we had to rush to eat to make our show. So very disappointing.

Very let down by the dining experience. The food itself was good but not great. We had chicken parmesan and eggplant parmesan. We had a reservation and upon arrival we were led upstairs. This is where things started going downhill. There was only one other large party seated upstairs. The smell when we got up there was terrible, made my wife and I gag. I'm used to the smell of seafood, this smelled like seafood that had gone very bad. The whole atmosphere upstairs was very different, not as nicely lit or decorated. We could see downstairs below us and noticed all of those tables had gotten bread. We finally asked for some midway through eating our entrees. Was also surprised to see my Pepsi come out of a can that the waiter brought to the table and poured into a glass. It was a warm can. Sitting upstairs we definitely felt like we were second class guests. Would not come back to this location. Upstairs definitely lacked the nice dining experience shown in other pictures.

So sad I have to leave an Italian restaurant 2 stars. I love Italian and thought my vacation to Chicago would have hit it out of the park. So this location could be very nice, but it is more in the office building area, but from the outside and first impression walking inside it does appear somewhat upscale and romantic. I was instantly concerned that at 6:30 on a Friday night there was only 2 other tables at the time that were there. Server seemed ok at first but started going downhill quickly even though there was only a couple tables. Couldn't imagine it being packed. Saw one server bring bread and oil to a couple tables, so we asked ours and she said they only do it for people that ask. Should be done for every table. Let alone they brought us bread finally and had to ask again for the oil. Now let's get to the food. Fettuccine Alfredo and Ziti. Can't go wrong there, but they did. Sauces were very bland, and thus made the entire dish bland. Had to use some salt on them which is sad. Server asked if we wanted the soup or salad after we ordered each entree. Kind of figured they were included in the entree but are an expensive extra. At least the pasta wasn't watery and was done right. I just know at home with some Rao's sauce and some minced garlic, I could make these simple dishes taste better, and that's what is sad. Italian food is about it's amazing flavor and between the server and food here, there is none!

Best food I’ve had in my life. Service was super polite, and explained the menu so you knew exactly what you were going to get. Made you feel special and important. The amount of food you get is also so much more than anywhere else, and the desserts were huge as well. Definitely worth the money spent and an amazing place for a date night.

Me and my husband had such a beautiful dinner outside during the summer. Where we sat was shaded and the weather was so perfect that I think it made the experience even better. The food was phenomenal. Steak cooked to perfection and the mac n cheese, brussels, mashed potatoes were all delicious. I can’t wait to come back and I would definitely recommend.
