  Very cute place and decor is pretty. Tea and food is delicious, but a little pricy. Service is okay, not very helpful or very informative of the teas. Despite that, would go again!

  bad services. could not find a server on duty here. No one answer the call when I wanna make a reservation. Over priced food in flushing. Thousands of high- tea room are better than here.

  Nice, up market tea house with excellent food including English high tea. We enjoyed ourselves

  I would have given this place 0 stars if I could. The workers are terrible. I ordered a chicken that wasn't supposed to be fried, but it came out to be fried anyway. The manager was arguing that their menu was correct and that I just didn't know the dish was supposed to be fried. And She was unreasonable throughout the conversation. When I went the first time, the menu was different and the food tasted good. However, I was still very dissatisfied with the attitude of the workers. They also changed the menu this time, the food tastes the same as you would cook it at home. My advice: don't go.

  Love this place, nice relaxing area, well decorated, the tea and food is great as well Update to this review: Terrible customer service. I have been going here for the past two years and have noticed slight things that bothered me, but I still enjoyed the place. When you make reservations for a group you expect to have your reservations saved for you. They wanted each person in the group to spend over $60. At least come to a compromise. Pathetic, you as a business should welcome your customers. Especially a group who wants to use your place and who has used it before. When you don’t treat customers right, then your business fails. Because your customers is your business’ Source of life. I’m sure rose house is happy with the choice the made. Because they strive to care less about their customers and more about their wallets. Rose house you are a disgrace of a business and a disgrace for what USED to be a nice getaway from a busy community.
