  Awesome spot! ... Great rooms, and very sweet staff! It was a little confusing navigating the property, since this is also an apartment complex there are a lot of instructions for checking in and parking .. however, great supportive staff helped up and it was 1000x better than staying in a to star hotel! We will be back!! Fantastic room, everything you could possibly need and fantastic location!

  Beautiful architecture - super clean units. Parking was not a hasstle like I thought it would be being a hotel located in the heart of Downtown. What makes this place special is the people that work here. They take pride in their jobs and made sure they took care of me. Maddie and Ben were super accommodating. I think I called the front desk maybe 6 times before checking-in for directions, and parking, and Madde didn't make me feel dumb or annoying for doing so. Ben was very respectful and accommodating also during a conversation about renting options. Highly recommend staying here if you haven't. Upper management should recognize these two for the pride they take in their jobs.

  Roost Cleveland was absolutely amazing! Everything about this place made my first time in Cleveland perfect. The entire space is beautifully decorated with just the right touches. We stayed in a two bedroom and it was more than we could've asked for. Very spacious, clean and modern with everything you could possibly need. The staff was exceptional and extremely helpful, a special thank you to Benjamin who made multiple suggestions and directed us around the area. We were in town for the Browns /Patriots game and wasn't expecting much from Cleveland but I left with a high appreciation for the area. Everything was within walking distance. Everyone all around was friendly...even the Browns fans were nice to us haha Would absolutely stay here again!

  We visited Cleveland from Toronto, Canada. Our choice was between this and another hotel and I’m so glad and thankful that we chose the Roost Cleveland. From check in to check out, everything was seamless. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The apartment was super clean and had a full kitchen and anything we may have needed to use. The bed sheets were really fresh and cozy, the bathroom was beautiful, clean and didn’t have a speck of dust. There is a homey feel to the place, a full gym, parking on your floor, a tv in the room too, a fridge, coffee beans, a kettle, pots etc. It really is a 5 star treatment here, they offered more than expected for an unbeatable price. If you’re unsure of where to stay, stay here!! I have high standards for hotels/apartments and they exceeded my expectations. If I’m ever in Cleveland again, I’m coming right back here. P.S. thanks to the staff here for going above and beyond - you are appreciated!!!

  This place was amazing, when it comes to spending the same price or more on a crummy hotel room, I’d choose this hands down every time. The rooftop terrace was pretty cool as was the yard game area. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was unreal. Our daughter loved her room as well, she basically had her own apartment as this place is so spacious. Far surpassed our expectations, a few minor things I’d like to see such as sheets on the bed(there was just a comforter and fitted sheet)…more stools to sit on(there were only 2)…something to wash pots and pans with(no dish soap or sponges). Just small suggestions, but all in all, This was in a great location and next time we are in Cleveland, we will definitely be staying here.
