  Rooms To Go Outlet in Gretna is an excellent store. All of the employees that I fealt with were very helpful & friendly. There were a couple of mix ups with my order but even being after the sale, these employees made me feel like I was important when handleing the situation. I find alot of times after a store has your money you seem to be less important to them than a new customer is but not at this store.Both managers, Laura & David,the two lafies that helped me at the checkout counter, one I think was named Sheron and the other I can remember her name, & the young man that loaded my order into my truck were extremely helpful in correcting everything. & I would just like to say THANK YOU to all of them for a job well done. & because of that I will continue to shop at ROOMS TO GO OUTLET in Gretna, LA.

  Ray Zamora was extremely helpful & not pushy either! She was very patient with us. So much so, that we ended up buying 2 pieces & will be back for more!

  I will not deal with one if the most ugly excuse for. Man.... he lie to me I took pictures of the things I was buying after I paid for it.. then when it was time to deliver they all was badly messed up and I took photos of that.. the manager was rude and talk to me like I was stupid.. and I told him I don't want that broken lie of a mess he was trying to get me to keep.. my items came to me so damaged I wanted to cry and that manager with his bad attitude did not want to replaced it he states the he can't do anything over the phone he wants me to go the store to talk about the situation. They don't have any consideration with the costumers I live 40 minutes away from the store and I worke Monday to Saturday tried explained then this and still they said they can do something .... I told manager I have no more to talk about... his was dishonest, disrespectful and disgusting He don't care about costumers .. that location needs improvement ... Please don't get any from this store. sucks. never ever i will get my staff from there.

  I normally do not write reviews but after reading some people's bad experiences I was just shocked and had to write about my experience. I had such a great experience shopping there recently. My husband and I loved our salesperson, Brandi. She was a pleasure to work with and really helped us put together a room that we just could not figure out. Now that it is in our house we are so glad we trusted her opinion, it looks amazing! Also the manager Damian was great! We spoke to him more towards the end of the process and he made sure that we had everything we need. Very happy customer here..would recommend this place to everyone!
