  We've had Ron the Sewer Rat out a couple of times now, and each time it has been easy to schedule, the service techs arrive on time, are very friendly, and respectful of your home. I'll be suggesting Ron the Sewer Rat whenever I can to friends and family.

  I just had them out and it was a pleasant experience. Easy to schedule. They were prompt and arrived during the quoted time frame. They even identified a separate issue and advised how to fix it myself if I wanted or how much it would cost for them to do it. I feel like I got a very fair price.

  This company saved me a huge headache and thousands of dollars. After another contractor charged me $400 to TRY and fail to clean the line and then camera it to see roots, they told me that my only option is to tear up my front yard for $6,000 to solve my root problems. Mike from Ron the Sewer Rat came out instead and completely solved the problem in under 2 hours for a great price. I would give them a 6 out of 5 if I could. A stand up company with good employees.

  Fantastic service. Lee came out in the evening and cleared our clogged sewer line. Both Lee, the technician, and Peter, the person on the phone, were very professional and went above our expectations of customer service, and we're easy to work with. Lee left the site clean and dry after quickly clearing the line, and at a great price. We will call on Ron the Sewer Rat for future maintenance and any issues we have with our drains. We can't recommend this company enough. Ten stars.
