::The nw exit is blocked now which may increase security, but the diesel smoke from the trains and trucks gets in requiring air filter budget of over $100 month. This area is just not fit for oxygen breathers. Avoid unless wind forecasts steady west by southwest breezes as the cognitive and health effects of locations like this are real. Tucson has great air quality further from highway. One train can blanket area a long time so stay indoors during such events. Learn there schedule. Also be advised heavy trains are pushed not just pulled so you may have time if on Romero to escape before spewing soot cabooses arrive. Just Run when you hear rumble!

::A friend lives here. It has a lot of seasonal residence. So people are well established and neighborly great maintenance and management , so its inviting and comfortable. I would rent a lot or a trailer there in a heartbeat.
