  I ordered three custom pieces for my bedroom based on specific dimensions that fit my room. I was pleased with the price quoted and paid 50% down. The largest two pieces arrived later than estimated but in great shape and just as ordered. And they are fabulous. I was told there was a problem with the third piece, a small nightstand, it would come later. Weeks turned to months which turned to over a year and counting. Flori has told me several times by email she would take care of this. Clearly she has no intention of completing my nightstand or returning the deposit I gave her. I must now buy a completely mismatched nightstand. So despite my high praise for the pieces I did receive, I am forced to rate Romani Designs poorly and advise against ordering anything from them. Ever.

  These people will delay for as long as they can. You will never see your merchandise. They make promises and never deliver. They make excuse after excuse. Go anywhere else before doing business with them. Never will I make that mistake again.
