  My husband and I went looking for a plain gray slate and this place has a variety of selection however none were the perfect plain gray that we wanted. One of the girls that works the front desk Dana was very helpful. We were going to buy a slate that we would have to cut to our desired size because that slate wasn't in stock in the size we needed and Dana went out of her way to look for one that was what we wanted. Dana looked in the back, searched on top of crates, was flipping and bending over backwards to help us and low and behold she found the perfect color the perfect size for the perfect price. She was absolutely amazing and she definitely went above and beyond for satisfied customers. I would definitely recommend this place for variety and customer service. Thank you Dana you are the best !!!!

  Very disappointed with this spot, they take my contractor money for balusters and then sold the same balusters to another contractor which left my contractor without balusters. They gave my contractor the money back but now I'm stuck without the balusters. Also the balusters I have are not cut with precision. Some are higher than others bit they're tjr same height supposedly. I don't think I will shop at this store again.

  Very good prices and service they had all the items that I needed in stock so I saved a lot of time .

  We had a pleasant experience at Roma, largely because of the patience and guidance provided by Dana. We haven't yet received the stones we purchased, but we appreciate the attention and excellent customer service.
