::I've been with Rodriguez Insurance for 12 years now. Their customer service is outstanding, which is truly hard to find nowadays. Never once have I ever had a problem with my agent. Monica goes above and beyond to find you the right company that fits your needs. You can tell that she really cares for her clients. Her honesty and integrity is what keeps me there. She calls you back when she says she will, not like a lot of companies I know. You can tell that she is very dedicated to her work, and she takes pride in doing her job to the best of her ability. ::This is the most horrific insurance company I have ever dealt with in my life. Monica I believe her name is went out of her way to contact my mother who is not on my policy and speak with her about personal information of mine she then submitted documents that I did not provide to the insurance Company she then took it into her own hands to cancel my policy without ever speaking directly to me. I am not sure what maybe didn't sit well with her but I know that what she did was very unprofessional and very wrong of her and I really really hope that you guys will be very cautious if you ever have to go to this horrible place. Honestly she was screaming on the phone constantly calling my mom back harassing her saying that they were going to cancel my policy but never did she call me directly this is just not right and it needs to be addressed!!!!
