  Hotel cancelled my reservations for October with no explanation and now refuses to answer calls to their office. Reading the other reviews I feel like I probably dodged a bullet.

  Way to expensive for the room you get, woman working during the day is very unfriendly and has attitude. The manager, Asad, is friendly once you get to know him. Unfortunately I have still not received my $100 incidental deposit. The woman mentioned something after I checked out that they could keep it because of the small Chihuahua I had with me ( on top of the $10 per day fee they already charged me to have a pet in the room) I really hope this is not the case. Will update review if $100 deposit is returned to credit card. I did end up receiving my $100 incidental deposit back on my credit card, but not until after I had to call the manager and tell him I had my got it yet then he supposedly tried to return it again... Magically it worked the second time.

  The hotel was disgusting and filled with roaches. Staff was extremely rude. I couldn’t They kept the deposit when I checked out 5 min late. Go somewhere else even if it’s a little more expensive

  The staff is very courteous but condition of the rooms are not for traveling guests who expect a basic level of comfort from cleanliness. But I'm not from the area so some people may enjoy what they get.

  I arrived in town at 10:45 at night from 3 hours away. I was originally booked at a 5 star hotel but the business card on file declined. Since I had to pay out of pocket I found this to be a budget friendly option. When I called to check availability the night clerk was courteous and very helpful. When I arrived on scene a few minutes later I was reminded of a 1980s motel 6. The room was exactly what I needed in a pinch. The night clerk even made sure I had an iron and ironing board to prepare for the business meeting I had the next morning. I met some of the residents in the office and they were polite. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was clean enough. Definitely not the Hilton but at this price point if you are expecting that type of atmosphere you are kidding yourself. All in all a great stay.
