  "Staying at the Roadway Inn!" A. Williams here or Jewell if you prefer! First of all! These glorious people let me have a bit of a special arrival. I asked to please be able to pay (early...earrrrrllyyy! Like 5am early!) On top of that I get to stay the next day over as well on one ticket for the same night. Now this may not be the case in any given night but I thank them very 👍😎🥰 much!

  I would give it a Negative 5 if I could. Checked in Friday night, clerk said pool is closed on the weekends due to no one works on the weekends. Got to the room, no TV due to NO internet! No outages in area, so they basically don't pay their bills. Room on second floor window busted out with what appears to be yellow crime scene tape. Super Sketchy place!!! They need to advertise on their web-site about pool being closed and no TV. Bad business practices!! Surprised Corp. hasn't cancelled their franchise agreement.

  A sham of a "Hotel". No one on desk service after 8 pm, no one answers the phone over the weekend, and they have a pool, but you never know when it will be open during the weekdays, and locked up over the weekends. Some morning you will be lucky to get a cup of coffee. If you are looking for Cheap? You will definitely find it here. I am here on a job for an extended stay, but we are supposed to buy our own toilet paper and linens? House keeping is a joke.

  Worst place . Unsafe unhealthy the Gm is beyond Rude .. I checked in on the 12 th went to complain about the walls being covered in mold shower curtain covered in mold ac filter was so thick of gross stuff the smell was horrible . The sinks had a dead animal smell when u turned on the water . Once I complained she informed me I’d have to leave it wasn’t working out she’d however refund me my full month stay minus a night . However I have not been refunded they attempted to charge me again . Also the one house keeper they had said the room was out of service and hadn’t been cleaned n a month . The gm also stated if I didn’t want room service I’d still have to let the housekeeper search my room for drug parifanilla ..I envolved law enforcement also called choice hotels an filled a complaint and will not rest untill the Gm has had some kind of repercussions for her attitude poor customer service .

  Management is rude. Service is below terrible. Had to sleep in my car in below zero weather because My key would not work for my room they wanted to blame it on me for it at first but it turns out the door itself was broke and had to be over rode manually to gain entry still had to sleep in my car and cost myself $25 in gas. But I was nice about it but Then when housekeeping came they couldn't even make my bed because apparently there were clothes next to my bed so sorry you've never seen clothes next to a bed. And toilet paper isn't provided? Been on the road for years never had such a thing happen. Work starts at 8am ladies!!! Edit: after writing this review and complaining to corporate management decided to retaliate and charge me $50 extra 2 days after check out, lucky me I was smart enough to have recorded the staye I left the room in, and the paperwork i signed did not have an early checkout fee mentioned. Not that they cared, they put me on the do not rent list for their own behavior .
