  I've only ever had amazing experiences with the VA for over 18 years. This facility is massive, easy to navigate, and filled with great employees who seem to genuinely care about the well-being of us veterans. Squeaky wheels get the grease. Folks who receive excellent care here, rarely go on to make a big deal about it, falsely generating the idea that the VA is awful. I think the veteran's attitude is what really dictates how they feel their visit went. If you are always finding something to be mad about, then I'm sure you'll have an awful time everywhere you go, not just the VA. That is most definitely a YOU issue.   Parking was OK at 10 o'clock. Finding office very easy. The reception staff at the Orthopedic department are horrible representatives of the VA. Either of the employees do not greet accordingly and treat the veterans as if they are doing you the favor.

  New facilities. Plenty of parking including handicap parking and accessible entrance. Two parking ramps, north and south. Masks are required. No other COVID hassles. Radiology staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Testing went smoothly. Ate breakfast at Patriot Cafe, good fresh selections including pre-made and cafeteria style. Good selection of beverages. Tables and service area was very clean. Lots of well maintained restrooms and easy to follow directions for clinics.

  I have had many experiences at this facility: primary care, neurology, labs, MRIs, pharmacy, surgery and inpatient care. This is the best healthcare I have had in my life. The majority of the staff have always been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. My fellow veterans are some of the greatest people walking this planet. I am incredibly grateful and blessed in these experiences.

  What an amazing looking VA. I needed a new ID card and visited here. My brother in law also needed a CT scan and their new scanner had him done in 15 minutes or less which is mind blowing. Staff was friendly when I spoke to them about my new ID card. They have a store, shops as well as all your medical such as radiology, lab, pharmacy, prosthetic and so much more. Art from veterans is also hanging on the main floor.
