  I went into the clinic for a last minute sick visit on Saturday. The PA that saw me was wonderful and very insightful about my illness. I was in and out quickly with what I needed to assist with clearing up my illness. I needed a follow up today due to not being completely well from my issue and I was seen quickly. Dr. Guevara had a pleasant bedside manner ,was wonderful in explaining what tests were being run and why and quick to getting me set up with a different option to assist with my sickness. I would highly recommend the clinic if you're looking for a new provider.

  Bianca as the receptionist was INCREDIBLY RUDE. She didn't like my tone of voice so she denied me service and threw the money I gave her back in my face. She said she would not see me and when asked to speak with a supervisor she said no one would see me today. She was extremely unprofessional and I've never been so appalled. I do not recommend this clinic. It is staffed with unprofessionals that do not know what they're doing and do not care about the patients.

  Receptionist are really unprofessional prescription refills are HORRIBLE have to keep calling to remind them of the refills verification. Prices are crazy high always recommending something extra to my service just to charge my issuance more. Constantly want you to keep coming in to do unnecessary check ups. I would not recommend wouldn't go back. Not welcoming.

  Will never go back yelled out my name back to staff and discussed openly what I was there for, I could hear everything she said and i was in the waiting room. The Doctor is great and the young women who did our physicals upstairs was even great! But as for the front desk assistants both were unprofessional and are the reason I left.

  They are fast!!! BUT it may seem to take a long time....but that is because he and his awesome staff are very thorough!!! And he actually listens to you. First visit took 5 hours!!! But i probably waited total 60 minutes between all tests being done...10 here or there...... Follow up in waiting room less than 5 min....saw doc within 10 min....detailed instructions and results 10 min....in and out less than an hour ( no tests done).. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
