::Horrible!! Scammers!! Hope they never open another shop. I went to this place back on October paid $100 for my phone to be repaired and they lied repeatedly about getting the part and lied till I called the police and they informed me that they are scammers and have scammed other people. I am happy they are closed but pissed that I never got my phone fixed or store credit or something!! The way they are going I hope they get what is coming to them because in the end people who lie and steal get their own taste. Sad to know that hopefully their children don't become what they are liars and scammers.

::Gina Marie Solis and her boyfriend Abraham Hernandez refused to open the doors when cops showed up. Proves they are guilty of withholding a customers cell phone. They are scamming you! This shop needs to be shut down! EDIT TO RESPOND TO YOUR LIES : YOU SAY THE DEVICE IS STOLEN AND YOU HAVE TO TURN IT OVER TO SAPD, WHY HAVENT YOU DONE SO. WHY NOT OPEN YOUR DOORS AND TELL THAT TO THE COPS. COPS WERE THERE ON OUR BEHALF. NOT ON YOURS. THEY DID NOT TELL US TO STOP "STALKING" YOU OR HARRASS YOU BC WE DID NOT DO SUCH THING. YOU NEED TO STOP LYING. WE ALREADY MADE A REPORT. WE WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT. YOU SAY, YOU CONTACTED MY COUSIN. YOU DID NO SUCH THING. YOU BLOCKED HIM ON FB WHICH IS WHY HE HAD US SET YOU UP, TO OPEN YOUR DOORS, WITH THE POLICE! YOU ASKED IF ANYONE WAS OUTSIDE BC YOU KNEW COPS WERE THERE. YOU WERE HIDING. EVEN OTHER UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS HAD THE SAME ISSUES WITH YOU. POLICE EVEN SAY THIS WASNT THE FIRST, 2ND NOR 3RD TIME THEY HAVE BEEN CALLED BY CUSTOMERS NOT BY YOU BUT BY CUSTOMERS. I WILL BE TAKING SCREENSHOTS OF THESE MESSAGES. EVERYONE WILL SEE THE PROOF. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF TO RUN A BUSINESS YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOU ARE RUNNING.

::BUYER BEWARE!!!! This place is a MAJOR RIPOFF with absolute worse unethical customer service in America. I pity the uninformed that fall victim to the classless owners "Andrea & Schmuck looking boyfriend." To the informed, you've been warned. Good luck, you'll need it if you get serviced here. I wasted $200 here trying to get phone repaired, kept getting the run around on when it would be ready and when it was, it was worse off than the day I left it. And was denied a refund before leaving the place.

::This place is great if you like giving you hard earned money away I took an iPad in to get fix they said an hour then a day then a week then two weeks they never called or updated me on anything that was going on so then I go in and they give me back the iPad in worst shape then when I left it they say I get no refund ...so i started to get upset and the owner says to me I have the best lawyers in town and the judges in my pocket so I’d go down if I took him to court ...this dudes a joke how can you act as if you have the best lawyers in town when you cant even refund 70 bucks he’s obviously counting on people to lay down and not take Action .
