  his business is owned and operated by a tsmall family who are friendly, dedicated and a joy to do business with. They go to the plate for their customers and they stop at nothing until you are totally satisfied. It is a great environment to talk music, purchase gear, or just hang out. I couldn't recommend Rockland music enough. They have been my go-to dealer for the last 10 years and will continue to be for 10 years to come.

  Absolutely the best Music store in fact, the overall best shopping experience I have had in recent memory ANYWHERE. I have been dealing with Rockland Music Center exclusively for over a year now. I couldn't be happier. I went in after dealing with several music stores in Westchester and Rockland County due to a continuing problem I was having with a guitar I had purchased elsewhere. Not only was the guitar repaired within an hour, it has never played better nor has the setup lasted as long. I was so impressed with Jonathan's service, professionalism and no pressure sales approach, that I actually purchased another guitar and a guitar for my stepson. We are both completely thrilled with the instruments, and the price was right. In the past year I have purchased numerous Effects Pedals, New Amp and Speaker Cabinet, have had upgrades done on some of my guitars - including pick ups and other modifications, and recently purchased another Guitar. I am not a professional musician, in fact I am just getting back into Music after about thirty years. There are several reasons why I will always deal exclusively with Rockland Music Center. First and most importantly are the owners and staff. Everyone from Sergio the owner, to his two sons Jonathan and David have gone above and beyond to offer thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and honest information and advice on every purchase. In fact, Jonathan helped me in the selection and purchase of my new amp head and was able to help me save over $ 900.00 by providing me an alternative. Think of that. I was all set to purchase a different brand for more money from his store and he helped steer me in a different yet better direction. I'm not a very advanced or knowledgeable musician but I am a better Musician because everyone at Rockland Music including Arthur, Marco, Gerard, Adam, Greg, and Steve have been very genuine, and kind, as well as generous with their knowledge, and advice. I have never had that feeling of being intimidated by some wanna be rock star that you get when you shop at other music stores. Everyone at RMC is a musician and is supportive and willing to help those of us with less knowledge. I have come to trust everyone at RMC with all my music needs. I have always gotten great pricing, great service, and great after care - which is as important as the sale and the product. If you want personal service run by a knowledgeable and familiar staff that will be in business for years to come which is another IMPORTANT reason for making this my music store of preference, go to Rockland Music Center. This is a family run and operated business, not a chain store, not a franchise. The service, product, knowledge, and professionalism they offer are extremely high end with a warm no pressure sales approach at very competitive prices. I have felt so comfortable and happy purchasing here that I have even begun taking lessons with Adrian and have been as completely and thoroughly happy with that experience as well. I have referred Rockland Music Center to all my friends, and anyone interested in purchasing any type of musical equipment and each and every person ( up to 12 at this point) has had the same exact experience. I will continue to purchase and refer RMC to anyone!

  Been here many times to pick up a few small items and the staff were always very friendly and very knowledgeable. On my recent trip, I was shopping for a new digital piano and I got real honest answers and no pressure in the sales process. Ultimately with the great help form the staff, I did indeed buy the piano along with a few accessories. Will be back again!

  Very knowledgeable, honest and helpful staff. I've never visited personally, but my mom has been here many times with her guitar for parts and repairs. Recently she brought her guitar here when it stopped working after falling down. The employee who helped her opened the guitar, found the problem internally and fixed it on the spot FREE OF CHARGE. She was floored with their helpfulness and overall generosity and knowledge of their products. I googled this business just so I could review and recommend them to potential customers. If I were a musician, this is the place I'd go to for my instrument needs.
