  I have been trying for months now to get the gas card that was promised. They also lied about the appointment time saying they could be out the same day. When I called back to confirm it was the, "oh, I thought we said tomorrow afternoon" routine. I did force them to come out, or I would have cancelled. the service that was done was by a contractor and not rock star. The guy did do a good job but stated he doesn't get called untill they are too busy to do it themselves so it could just end up being luck who you get. Bottom line is they lie.
