  I used to love shopping at this location. first everything changed in that store the sales people are extremely sad case, not sure why they choose this Job cause they really terrible at it clueless about fashion especially the retarded manager some Fat guy that looks like he belong in a fast food cashier postion very clueless and unprofessional. the customer service is Horrific you walk in the store and every single sales associate are Plying with their phones they fallow you around like bodyguards makes you feel very uncomfortable , on top of it you can’t return the merchandise if you changed your mind a day later couldn’t believe it , I started shopping in department stores the merchandise goes on sale twice a year and they only offer half price where you can get it for 70% off in saks or Neman Marcus ridiculous.

  I was in Las Vegas last year and stopped in to buy my sister (who absolutely adores Cavalli) for a Mother's Day gift. I walked in and the sales girl never greeted me nor did she ask if I needed assistance. She just looked at me as I greeted her. But I noticed the sales girl following me around. I started walking in zig zag to make sure I wasn't going crazy. But my suspicions were confirmed after I noticed her zig zagging with me. Needless to say, I put my wallet back in my bag As a former stylist and image consultant, it baffles me that people are still this ignorant to treat paying customers in this manner. Shame on you and your organization for abysmal customer service.
