  I have to start of by saying "the staff was hands down WONDERFUL!!!" My heart and mind was set at ease the moment I was greeted by the staff. They explained how the whole process from start to finish will go. They gave me a beautiful Nissan Pathfinder as a rent a car (enterprise auto is located onsite). When picked up my car after the repairs were done my car looked ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! It had been detailed inside and out and the paint was a perfect match. You CANNOT tell that my car was ever in an accident. They made a customer for life and I will tell anyone that needs a repair to drop it off at Roadside Auto in Islip NY. I was so pleased I called to speak with the owner about the professionalism and compassion of all of gis staff members.

  I rarely write reviews but had to take the time to write this. The definition of exceptional customer service. I consider myself extremely picky and detail oriented and I couldn’t have been more impressed when I picked up my Infinity. Perfection. Thanks Kevin and your crew.

  They repaired some damage to my car did an excellent job you couldn't tell my car was damaged at all I highly recommend them to anyone who has any damage on their car or truck

  Love this shop! Great work, my jeep looks brand new after it was rear ended.
