  Highly recommend! The gas company had to replace their meter on this 1968 house just when the weather turned bitter cold here. Then I found out that we had to get a plumber to do a pressure check and also bring the house up to current code and get a city inspection before the gas company would turn the gas back on. It was freezing on a Thursday afternoon and the weather forecast was for subfreezing temps through the weekend. Jimmy Jackson was the first plumber I spoke with who said he would come out before Monday! He made a special effort to get the permit pulled first thing Friday morning, schedule the inspection and be here in time to do the work before noon so we would have a very good chance of heat for the weekend! Just waiting on the gas company now.... The guys were very nice, careful, did a great job, and charged the low end of the estimate they gave. I will call Road Runner again if I ever need another plumber, and I'm happy to recommend them.

  I had a plumbing problem at 5 o'clock in the afternoon and Road Runner came out. They did not charge me anything extra. They quoted me a price to complete the work on the next day and came in way below that number. I have begun using roadrunner plumbing for all of my plumbing services and Every time they are fair prompt and able to complete the tasks well within the timeline they tell me and every time have come in under budget for what they told me it would cost. If you are looking for a plumber that you can trust in your home and rely on to do a good job for a reasonable price I Thoroughly Recommend Road Runner plumbing.

  A crisp Sunday evening in November and all the sinks, toilets and showers are backing up into the master shower! Oh, and I should mention I didn't know where the access was to my clean-outs. Jimmy was there within the hour and had everything back to normal within the next hour. I didn't even miss any of the Cowboy game! Not just excellent service, but reasonable prices, too. I will highly recommend to everyone I know.

  I do commercial real estate and property management in the DFW metro area and have been using Roadrunner Plumbing for a few years now. It is a great thing when you find a company that shows up when they say they are going to be there, and then to follow that up by doing exactly what they said they would do. You never have to worry about the quality of work with these guys. I have dealt with a bunch of really shady plumbers in my days, but never a worry when you are dealing with Roadrunner Plumbing.

  When it comes to plumbing, especially if you don't know much about it, you want to deal with not only a professional plumber but also a smart and honest one who can not only do what you ask but also go you an honest advise on how you get what you need done in the best, most efficient, and most economical way. I've come to know Jimmy after I've been cheated on couple times by other "plumbers" and "contractors". Jimmy has proven to be highly knowledgeable and honest as he was able to change the all water pipes and improve the water pressure at my house. He did an amazing job in just two days and at a very fair price. He not only does big complicated jobs, he also was very responsive when I had a small sewer emergency at my other house and called him on a Sunday. He showed up just after thirty minutes and got it taking care of in just about 15 minutes. Jimmy is the only plumber I'd trust on any kind or size of job and I strongly recommend him to all my friends. He earned his A++++++++++
