  Driver thought it was appropriate to block route 9 in Highland NY for 7 minutes because he was incapable of properly backing his truck up. Called in to let the dispatcher know and was blown off and told that it was too bad but they wouldn't even let the driver know of the issue. Choose a company with better drivers and better customer service.

  Driver was worthless, truly just wants to step out of his truck and leave package by the road. You know as little work and help as possible! We have a wider than average driveway with 53' big rig trailers that have backed in. This guy with a standard box truck and no he wouldn't do it. Then dispatch disconnected my call twice and provided no assistance. Every other carrier I have dealt with has at least provided some assistance to make an appropriate delivery.

  I don't know if they're scammers or just incompetent, but they seem to be doing everything they can to prevent my package from getting to me. They called to schedule delivery, and told me that the delivery window was 11-4pm on the selected day. I was home all day, they never showed up and never called to cancel or reschedule. The next day, I was contacted by the seller, because R&L Carriers told them I had requested a change in shipping address (untrue). When I told them I had not, and had waited all day for a delivery that never came, they suggested I contact R&L directly. After being passed around through a few people, R&L told me they had received the wrong products, and that's why it wasn't delivered as scheduled. I asked why no one called to cancel or reschedule, and they told me they had no delivery scheduled and no one had ever called me to schedule delivery in the first place (even though my phone's call history shows that they did call me, and their previous comment suggested that delivery was scheduled and that the incorrect products were the only reason they didn't show). I next reached back out to the seller, explaining what R&L had told me, that they received the wrong products. The seller said they would contact the shipper directly to resolve and get my order to me. A few days later, I received any automated email from the seller that my return request was received; I contacted the seller again to confirm they were still working on resolving and getting my order out; they replied that R&L told them I had refused the order (absolutely untrue). With the exception of the first call to schedule delivery, R&L has never contacted me, and yet they keep feeding these lies to the seller. Again, they are either incompetent, or they are scam artists, for some reason choosing not to deliver my order but giving the seller misinformation, presumably so they can continue to charge the seller for their "services".
