  We were customers here for years. In the past few months we bought a number of bottles from them. About a month ago we bought one that had gone bad (it was a red that had bubbles like a proseco). We poured it down the sink - figuring that this happens from time to time. Then it happened again a week later! My wife brought in the wine hoping for a refund. They gave her the run-around about how their policy is to only refund next day with a receipt. And then we had a third bottle that had gone bad!! Enough already! I went back for a refund and because it had been two days I got no refund (the day before had been a major snowstorm - the manager said I should have called and left a message on their machine lol).
