  I had a bad experience with this funeral home. Please note you get what you pay for. First off, I chose this place for the burial of my brother and his body was not brought to the funeral home/viewing until 21/2 hours after the start of service, which was scheduled for 4:00pm. Secondly, their usual viewing room was not available due to leaking, repair, etc., issues, so they stuffed us in another room which was tiny and outdated. Lastly, the prayer cards were not available at the time of service and were only given to me an hour before the service was ending at 9:00pm. Now it has been almost 2 months after the service/viewing and they are still unable to tell me when I will get my brothers ashes and I have not be able to get a hold of anyone at the office for a couple of days now. I initially called the day after the services to complain, only to be told that they are considered one worst or bad apples of funeral homes, this come from the manager. Very disappointing, especially when when burying a loved one.
