  I've always heard about River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and their amazing reputation with Law Enforcement and Military but didn't realize how amazing it was until I bought my Jeep! Rene Ortega contacted my by phone and I explained what I was looking for, the next day I went in and he had the keys to everything that he thought I would be interested, no waiting...I was test driving a Jeep within minutes! Found my dream Rubicon and went to finance. I was amazed when Alan Hellman himself stayed in the room with finance until I got something I was happy with! I drove out the door with my new Jeep and have not been happier!

  Spent the past couple hours here with a salesman named Oscar, about the coolest car salesman I’ve ever met. He spent a long time just providing me with information about the various Jeep Wrangler models. I know that’s his job but he did it with style and without pressure. Great variety of cars on lot and I’ll write more if this is where I buy my next car.

  Mr. Dean Francis was kind from the time that I contacted him through Carfax to the end of my vehicle transaction. He was patience, kind spirited, and very thorough. He made my car buying experience awesome! My family came to the Rivers Oaks Chrysler dealership and they were treated great.   I haven't bought a car here yet but have dealt with the sales department briefly for price quotes and they seemed pretty straight forward with competitive prices. I ended up buying at another Jeep dealership because they had the best price with the options and color I wanted. I have been coming here for our 4 Jeep vehicles' oil changes. They do their best to quickly to get your car in and out in less than 20 min. Obviously wait time will be longer if there are more cars in line.

  Have been buying automobiles for 40 years, and this is easily the best experience in that endeavor. Wife went to look at a truck and reported that Dean Francis is friendly, helpful, straightforward, and respectful. We went back a couple of days later to close the deal and enjoyed it. The vehicle was ready, we were offered many options but never pressured. Ray in finance was prepared and moved us through that quickly and pleasantly. Great to do a straight up business deal with great folks who say what they mean and do what they say. In general the atmosphere and people were relaxed and friendly. Good price too!
