  Great location, nice view, service excellent. Gladly moved us indoors when we realized it was too hot to enjoy the outdoor table we requested. Brought our high school graduate a complimentary fancy brownie desert. Oh, and the food is good too!Thanks

  Last time I came here for Sunday brunch, we had the misfortune of having the most obnoxious server in a ten mile radius. Everything else was great, but dealing with such a rude server was tiring and made me not want to come back. We're not paying $23 a person to be disrespected. I begrudging came back today, and didn't regret it. We had the loveliest server Nichole. Very polite, attentive, sweet, friendly, you name it. Even if she was very busy, she was calm and did everything perfectly. We were all so impressed and pleased. Regarding the food, I enjoyed it. There's a great selection of brunch options (like scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, grits), as well as solid lunch options (fish, chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, etc) and delicious pastries. Salad and fruit are offered as well. There is a to-order omelette station, meat station (a gentleman slices warm meat for you to-order), and a waffle station. Nice dessert options as well. Your brunch admission includes one free drink (juice, soda, etc) but refills are additional. Take advantage of this. The juice is always delicious. The hostess was gracious and friendly, as were the staff at the to-order stations. The facility is clean, nicely decorated and furnished, and has a nice view over the river. Outdoor and indoor seating is available. I recommend this place for a nice Sunday brunch on a special occasion.

  I seldomly write reviews, but after today’s experience I have to share this. Today was our third visit and it was exceptionally busy. We were informed that there were no available tables due to prior reservations(large party), probably due to lack of Waiters/Waitress's and the wait time was unknown. The lobby was filled with hungry and angry people, but I must say the hostess Alicia kept it all in stride and tried her best to keep everyone calm. What I saw next was the hostess Alicia clearing vacant tables to accommodate waiting guests. I was impressed because not only did she go above and beyond, she became a team player and assisted her co workers. now that deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️

  Was in Jacksonville for business and this was a close choice to the hotel. Went with a co-worker and ate at the bar. Bartenders wet lively, fun, friendly and attentive. The shrimp and grits is in my top 5 and the sweet suace on top was unexpected but pleasant. Great atmosphere and there was impromptu entertainment from a dance class in the bar room. The beer flight was plentiful and most were tasty. It is worth a visit

  The food was good and the ambiance was nice especially looking at the water. There was a hair in my salad and the manager quickly came over removed it from my ticket and gave me a desert for my trouble. Even that did not ruin the night. There was live music, a guy singing and playing guitar. He has a good voice the music was not my choice but it was ok. Not distracting. Will be returning.
