  While they have many things, there is also many things missing. One of those being MANNERS. Yesterday, I went into Rite Aid with my boyfriend. We were looking at a face scrub and we were eating chicken nuggets. I tell my boyfriend a worker was staring. He looks at him and sure enough the worker is still staring. We get what we need and go to the register. The worker is like “is there food in that bag?” And my boyfriend obviously says there is. Then the worker asks us to open the bag and when he realizes how stupid he looks, I offer him the rest of our bags and he declines. He doesn’t apologize or explain. Just keeps giving us dirty looks. White worker with two POC. Makes sense. This isn’t the first time he’s treated us different. I’m disgusted.

  If I could give lower than a one star rating, I would. This review is for the pharmacy, not the store. I am not a picky person, I am not a difficult person. I just need my life-saving medicines on time. This pharmacy is unable to provide that service. They handed me an empty bag with no medicine. I noticed when I got home, and called the next day. The first person I talked to was unable to help, he said the evening manager would call me at 2PM. 2:30 PM rolls by and I call them, only for the manager to tell me that they have video evidence of me walking away with the medicine. Aha! I realized they are unable to put medicine in a bag because they spent their whole training budget on purchasing what must be completely unheard of x-ray cameras. Anyway, after the manager accused me of being dishonest about a medicine that creates no pleasurable or "high" feeling, he said I should burden my insurance company by requesting a new claim. If I pay out of pocket, then too bad! 40 minutes later, I get off the phone with Cigna who has agreed to pay for the medicine twice as a courtesy to me. I had to do this at work because, as I mentioned earlier, I cannot function without this medicine that produces no high. Cigna advised me to avoid shady pharmacies such as this one. I will.
