  There are 2 excellent ladys ( Hilina and Krissia) they are so nice and offer an excellent service, they want to help you always!!

  Writing this with extremely disappointment , we brought 02 boxes of hair color product from the store on 04.11.18 at 8:24 am the transaction # 172219 cashier # 6761815 , the cashier was Brenda . Later we have to return one box because of color issue . So we went back to store on 04.18.2018. at 7:35 a.m to return hair color product , we have entered from pharmacy door and the shutter where still closed , which is understandable since too early in the morning , and i have kept asking the lady Brenda if the the counter is open , since she was cleaning the cash desk table , but she refuse to answer , hence i moved on to the main entrance to return . But the lady at the desk Rosalia refuse to give my money back and kept saying you have not brought this from store even after showing the receipt of purchase , and both brenda and rosalia talked over the inter telecom and kept saying you walked with empty hands . When i asked her to call her manager and check the video footage Rosalia told she is the manager and refuse to give my money , after pleading for 15 mins they both decided to give refund . RITE AID request you to please look into this and there a lot of language barrier with the manager Rosalia , who later claims she is not the manager . The whole episode was extremely disturbing and others customers where astonished how the two ladies were handling .
