  Cheaper than Duane Reade. Good prices but long cashier lines and narrow aisles.

  I hate coming here!!!! I only come because it is close to my job but I think I will walk to the next block to Duane Reade. They are always understaffing and prepare at least 15 to 20 minute trip just standing in line alone!!! Hire some people!!! And please hire people who don't have nasty attitudes like the ones that are not n there now... they won't even move with urgency when they see the line trailing around to the back aisle of the store....horrible, horrible, horrible

  Horrible. No one knows anything. I had questions about prepaid cards and not a single person can tell me anything. So I made the HUGE mistake and purchased two thinking if it's not what I'm looking for, I can bring them back right? Wrong. After finding out that I bought the wrong ones, I came back the next day and the girl at the register didn't know anything (surprise surprise!) so she called a manager and when she came didn't say hello, nothing, I didn't even finish my sentence when she says "NO". No attempt to try to get my money back, nothing, just "NO". She was rude and quite frankly lazy and just couldn't be bothered to help me. I will never shop there again.
