  NOBODY EVEN ATTEMPTED TO HELP ME SMH.... and when i asked they totally disreguarded me... i make 4x as much as any one working there and i dont even treat my clients and customers this way.. staff sucks manager sucks the morale is always low and the vibe is " i hate my job " when u go there

  I've called the pharmacy 3 TIMES back to back, and no ones picking up. They need to do their jobs in there. AND an employee in there was being very disrespectful to my mother, cursing at her and making fun of her because she was purchasing a lot of items...who does that?? They need to hire some better people .

  This is the worst rite aid you could go to, customer service is poor and if you are picking up medication at the pharmacy make sure to call before you go because it almost is never ready when they say it is and double check the amount on your prescription bottle because the amount is never correct. The wait is extremely long so make sure you have nothing else to do for the day. All in all very poor customer service.

  Employee wise, this store has deteriorated. I have been shopping at this Rite Aid for over 10 years, and the physical appearance is all that has improved. The new cashiers are terrible. It could be 20 people on the line, and the cashier will not call for help. It has gotten so bad that, in the past 6 months, I have never waited on line and not witness another customer complain about how long they have been waiting. I have even seen customers leave their items and walk out.The sad part about it is that the cashiers don't care. The one who is cashing customers out 1) will rarely call for backup, 2) won't make any other attempt to get customers out faster, 3) will chat and laugh--in slow motion-- with the customer he/she is taking, while people on the line are complaining. The cashier who could help is walking around, and sometimes straightening up things, laughing and talking to the cashier who is cashing ppl out; and ignoring the long line. It is absolutely ridiculous. This Rite Aid store is the only one with such a long waiting time; and unfortunately it is the closest to me. I would give this store two stars if the cashiers at least showed care in getting people out a little faster. 1 star it is!
